We are the first restaurant in Texas to receive a single barrel from our neighbors and friends over at Still Austin. We tried over 6 different barrels and landed on this one. This barrel may not be one of our oldest but it sure is one of the best.

Elijah Craig Small Batch is a true Small Batch premium Bourbon. We had the opportunity to select one of the very few barrels available in Texas. We carefully tasted the barrels ranging in age and profile and picked the best single barrel for y’all!

Treaty Oak
We tasted this barrel from our friends at Treaty Oak again and again over 3 years and it just got better with that Texas heat! Finally it was time to bottle, just as y’all drank barrel #854 dry. Those 100+ degree summers accelerated what was going on the barrel and it was, well, just damn perfect.

Private Select
Private Select is created by adding 10 custom wood finishing staves to each barrel. The Jack team spent some time in Bourbon Country, Kentucky, working on our flavor combination to make the Best Maker’s Private Select Bourbon. The finished product is robust, bold, honest and true to the game.

Garrison Bros
All Garrison Brothers Bourbon is made – from corn-to-cork – in Hye, Texas, one barrel at a time. The Jack team selected two barrels and small batched them together to create a one-of-a-kind Single Barrel Small Batch. It’s everything you expect out of a “true” Texas Bourbon….bold, strong, and clean!

George Dickel
This mellow, and richly complex whiskey is bottled by hand with minimal filtering and very little water added. The Jack team hand selected this Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey and this barrel one stood out leaps and bounds over the rest!

This Whiskey is one of the oldest single barrels on Whistle Pig Farm. The JAK team went straight to the source in Vermont to taste hand selected barrels. We couldn’t decide between our two favorites, so we batched them together to the best Single Barrel experience yet.
