To receive your $10 Bonus Card online, please forward your Gift Card receipt from your online purchase to giftcards@jackallenskitchen.com, or use the button below. Please include the name and mailing address you would like the Bonus Card(s) mailed to. Our gift card team will ship your physical $10 Bonus Card(s) within 48 hours of proof of purchase.
